Welcome to AIRecommendU ("we," "us," "our"). AIRecommendU is a product and brand operated by Goodtree Digital, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wisconsin. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. The Service

AIRecommendU provides the "AI Recommendation Blueprint" (the "Blueprint"), a report assessing how AI systems (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews) currently perceive a business, along with recommended actions to improve that visibility.

Scope of purchase: your payment covers the Blueprint report itself, delivered as described below, and the single Clarity Call described in Section 4. It does not include ongoing consulting, implementation services, or unlimited email support regarding how to execute the recommendations in your Blueprint. We're happy to answer reasonable clarifying questions about your results by email, but implementing any recommended action — whether by you, your own team, or a third party — is your responsibility. Some Blueprint recommendations may be marked as typically requiring outside professional help; this is informational only and does not mean AIRecommendU will perform that work as part of your purchase unless you separately purchase a specific done-for-you service from us in the future, if and when such services are offered.

AIRecommendU's services are currently offered only to businesses based in the United States. We reserve the right to decline or refund an order if we determine the business is not U.S.-based.

The Blueprint is delivered based on information you provide and information we gather from publicly available sources at the time of assessment. The Blueprint is informational and advisory only. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to: increased sales, increased visibility, a specific AI Recommendation Score, or that any AI system will recommend your business. AI platforms' behavior is outside our control and can change at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment

Current pricing is displayed at checkout. Introductory or early-customer pricing (if shown) is offered at our sole discretion and may change at any time.

3. Delivery

Blueprints are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of purchase, sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy — The Clarity Call Guarantee

All sales are final except as described below.

If, after reviewing your Blueprint, you feel you do not have a clear plan of action, you may request a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. You book a free 15-minute "Clarity Call" with your AI Visibility Strategist within 14 days of your original purchase date;
2. You attend the scheduled call; and
3. At the conclusion of that call, you still do not have a clear, actionable plan for improving your AI visibility.

If all three conditions are met, you may request a full refund of your purchase price within 7 days of the completed call by submitting an inquiry at our Clarity Call page.

Refunds are not available for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with findings, disagreement with recommendations, failure to book or attend the Clarity Call within the 14-day window, or failure to implement recommended actions.

We reserve the right to determine, in good faith, whether the conditions above have been met.

5. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Your Blueprint is licensed to you for your own business's internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the Blueprint or any portion of it without our prior written consent.

6. Accuracy of Information

We rely on publicly available information and information you provide to prepare your Blueprint. We make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. If you believe information in your Blueprint is inaccurate, contact us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodtree Digital, LLC and/or AIRecommendU, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Blueprint or this website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Blueprint.

8. No Professional Advice

The Blueprint does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional marketing advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations at your own discretion.

9. Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
